The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) has finally published the merit list for 1,700 medical officer positions, following a nearly three-month delay after the April 27 exam. Over 3,400 candidates underwent document verification, covering RMC registries and category certificates. Selected candidates can now submit posting preferences online—with the first round of seat allotments expected by August 12. The recruitment is aimed at strengthening Primary and Community Health Centres across rural Rajasthan. Officials expect the new medical officers to significantly boost public healthcare delivery in underserved regions.
