The Andhra Pradesh Union of Working Journalists (APUWJ) and the Andhra Pradesh Press Club (APC) have strongly denounced the recent disruptions at a press meet, calling out miscreants attempting to intimidate media personnel.

Emphasizing that journalists are defenders of truth and pillars of democracy, both organizations urged authorities and the public to ensure a safe and fearless environment for the press. They reiterated that attempts to silence reporters not only threaten individual safety but strike at the very foundation of democratic society.
